Acquiring the optimal product size from a naturally occurring raw material is a challenge for any processor. Limas graders can help you achieve this offering several different options.
Roller Grader
The Limas Roller grader greatly improves on the accuracy of diameter grading currently available. It's unique profiled roller design prevents oval or flat potatoes being missized.
Drum Grader
Limas Drum Grader separates also peeled potatoes by diameter and is preferred where the size grades are not changed often.
Single Dimension Grading
Liams Single dimensional grading if the complexity of two dimensional grading is not necessary, and only two sizes are required, then this is a simpler alternative.
Length Grading
For some processes the length of a potato is important. This grader separates by length after the potatoes have been diameter graded.
